1. About LWKY Studios

LWKY Studios is a creative studio that creates limited-edition, story-driven products, media and experiences.

Products sold through this website may be produced in limited quantities and may be part of specific collections or collaborations.

2. Eligibility

Such minor variations shall not ordinarily be considered defects.

4. Limited-Edition Products

Certain LWKY products may be released in strictly limited quantities.

Where a product is identified as limited edition, availability is subject to stock.

Purchasing a limited-edition product does not guarantee that an identical product will be reproduced or made available again in the future.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers or availability at any time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate. In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

6. Orders

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued by LWKY Studios.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies, payment issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay or other payment methods made available on the website.

LWKY Studios does not request or store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password on its own systems.

Payment information is processed through the applicable payment gateway in accordance with its terms and security practices.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery timelines, shipping charges and other delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

LWKY Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, force majeure events, courier disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled, returned or refunded only in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Customers are advised to review that policy before completing a purchase.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, you must contact us within the period specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, order details or other reasonable evidence to assess the issue.

All content available on the LWKY Studios website, including but not limited to logos, names, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, text, product concepts, designs, videos and other creative material, is owned by or licensed to LWKY Studios unless otherwise stated.
